The Victorian Government and the Department of Health (DH) have created an online survey for all community members to provide feedback and insights to help in the development of the Local Health Service Networks (LHSNs) which will commence across Victoria on 1 July 2025.
While Peninsula Health is merging with Alfred Health, Kooweerup Regional Health Service, Bass Coast Health and Gippsland Southern Health Service from 1 January 2026, we are firstly establishing the Bayside LHSN with the four health services and Calvary Healthcare Bethlehem.
In line with the rest of the new LHSNs across Victoria, the Bayside LHSN will start on 1 July 2025.
To complete this online survey you can click on this link which will take you to the Engage Victoria platform. The survey will be open for comment until 8 June 2025. You may also see this online survey on Victorian Government or Department of Health platforms, Engage Victoria, or on channels of other health services or hospitals.
